  • The Education Program at the City of Fairfax Theatre Company is currently seeking 3-4 Teaching Artists who specialize in acting, dance, improvisation, art, music, and/or technical theater for the 2025 Traditional Drama Camp. Teaching Artists will work with the Camp Director to plan and instruct theatrical lessons in their designated area in the theme of each week, in addition to supervising campers throughout the day. 

    The Traditional Drama Camp will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday, June 23rd through Friday, August 1st. There is no camp on July 4th.A competitive stipend is available for this position. 

    Requirements:

    Teaching Artists are college graduates and/or those with professional experience.

  • The Education Program at the City of Fairfax Theatre Company is currently seeking 3-5 Counselors of High School or College age for the 2025 Traditional Drama Camp. Counselors will be assigned a group of 8-15 students to chaperone each day during all classes and lunch/recess. Counselors are responsible for the safety and general well being of all campers.

    The Traditional Drama Camp will run from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday, June 23rd through Friday, August 1st. There is no camp on July 4th.A competitive stipend is available for this position.

    Requirements:

    Counselors are high school or college age students, ages 16 and up.
